The 7725 Thru Dovetail Jig has both 1-5/8" & 3-1/4" dovetail spacing built-in. Minimum spacing: 1-5/8".

Cuts 5/8" wide pins in stock from 1/4" to 1" thick.

How they work: Clamp both the PIN & TAIL boards in the clamp jig, clamp the wood backer/Thru Dovetail Jig between the PIN & TAIL boards, with the Thru Dovetail Jig resting on the ends of the PIN and TAIL boards. The attached Indexer allows you to index the jig against layout marks on your TAIL board. Make the cuts on both boards, reindex the jig where desired and repeat.

Includes hardware for mounting on a 2-1/4" x 3" x 10" long wood backer you supply. The PIN size can be fine tuned for a perfect fit by adjusting the Thru Dovetail Jig position on the backer using an adjustable square, not included.
Requires two routers with designated bits and bushings, plus a 6" bar clamp, not included.

7725 Bit and Bushing requirements:
1 - 61435 Bearing-Guided Dovetail Bit.
1 - 61445 Bearing-Guided Straight Bit.
2 - 61450 3/8' to 1/2" shank adapters, if necessary.

Optional Accessories:
The 7701 Sizing Jig is easier to use than an adjustable square to fine tune the PIN size and makes fine adjustments in .005" increments.
The 7702 Deluxe Backer is quicker and easier then making your own wood backer.
